Before UX design, I worked at nonprofits for several years running programs for members, volunteers, and clients. Being a strong advocate for them didn’t mean just understanding what they wanted and needed. It also meant understanding other teams’ priorities, the organization’s goals, and the big picture in how it all connects and aligns.

This way of thinking (and my love for gardening) brought me to a hydroponic startup as a Plant Analyst to build mobile app experiences that guide users in growing plants.
